New energy industry
In industrial chain the
work distribution will be bigger and bigger so it promotes transaction
behavior. At last industrial chain developed degree promotes social
distribution development. Herein industrial chain will form to be development
further. It is to be discussed detail as below through graph (Figure 1).
The Figure 1 shows that the renewable energy and
intelligence product is combination with them. Below is renewable energy that
includes three types of power and above is renewable energy combined with
machine besides electronic part to make intelligence products. Here new energy
is key because the environmental pollution is urgent matter for the time being.
For generations it is a considerable problem.

We must grasp this
issue from now on to replace it or we will lose survival space. New energy
includes renewable one which is green one and it will substitute current energy
fully in future. In future the pure energy will dominate world facility and
save resource from petroleum on earth. The cost will be declined somewhat. It
is from nature. The convenient renewable will activate to drive car and vehicle.
It will take less process to finish. Moreover it is stabler than petroleum and
coal since the renewable conservation. It is not considered for the future
stability. To compare with coal it is easy gained not like to dig hole and put
pipe to under earth. It is so complicated so the process is bigger and harder
and cost is high. New energy provides resource for the machine in factory.
Meantime machine will be combined with materials and electronic to produce
intelligence productions which can provide us many convenience for our life,
like driverless function in car and face identity in payment even playing game
etc.
Supply-side structural
reform (Figure 2)
The supply-side structural reform provides the
best optimum configuration. It promotes quality and amount of economic growth
and maintains stability ultimately. The demand side reform includes mainly
investment? consumption and creation discussed in detail too. Figure 2 shows
that supply-side structure reform is conducted by suppliers and original suppliers.
Between them they are correlative that means they affect each other further
than previous one. The base one is original one that can complete product
supply precisely without delay. So the halt production can’t be appeared which
is the most important matter in order to complete demand amount on time. As we
know the quick and precise delivery to customer will push the production to
market in time or the damage will happen to us which has not benefit for both
of us. So it is said that ensuring supply-side reform is most significant to
us. It is encouraged that the emphasis on it will create much convenience and
profit. First the demand -side reform can clarify the detail usefulness of
production like profit and destination.

Herein the factory will
do investment on it in order to participate their production process
conveniently. Only in joining the ultimate customer of production of them can
they gain the certain profit of themselves and their advantage. Second, the
consumption can lead to the related production materials to be clarified like
sample and specification etc. It will be known further to decide whether it can
be participated such as profit and price of raw materials even the machine
usefulness and price further and further. Third export is the further method to
sell their production abroad. So the demand-side is known by their providing
for better sale. On the other hand they may establish oversea office to acquire
their further customer. The benefit is many middle companies which is not known
by their customer and surround of them. But it is high cost behaviour than
their customers. The optimum distribution is arranged and promote the quality
of economic growth through the supply-side structural reform. It concludes
labour? cost? system and creation. That will deepen this structural reform. The
complete deepening reform will be proceeded and dig potential resource to
optimize distribution. Meantime it will promote economic quality as well. The
four factors will be reasonable to distribute in order to deepen this reform.
So it is going to improve potential resource ultimately. It emphasizes growth
quality of economy and it rebalance. Rebalance means dynamic balance due to
economy growth. The reform? transformation and creation is three engines for
optimizing supply-side structure. Moreover it will take creation and low cost
with new system. Because new system brings sounder institutions which is
benefit for creation and cost down certainly. To establish new system means
transforming to a reasonable management tool for creating new ideas.
Human resource chain
Figure 3 exhibits the human resource chain as
important as industrial chain. The core is the specialist and related assistant
education course. The middle one is experienced engineer combined with
technician and graduate. In short time to educate specialist assistant is to
benefit however the middle and base ones are in long way.

In other way the
emphasis on the graduate students is said that their capability in a company is
important because they are educated in senior project to foundations with
colleagues and professor. Moreover they are creative and chosen to more high
degree through competitive examination. To train some specialists is ultimately
destination to lead company to the highest level that is successful ultimate
problem. In the view of long time the university graduate is the base factor.
So it must be emphasized and continuously grasp. I coca leave Ford to Kereisler

so he recruited some experts to employ to his company which means their
absolute roles in making new procedure of vehicle. After one year they gained
victory at new type vehicle they sell several thousand luxury cars for the

so it can save time and decline error that makes matter go smoothly. Human
resource chain is big problem in company so we adopt them and train next
generation is very important. We shall establish the stage tact to employ them
and nominate and recruit next generation to replace them in future. Human
resource department will do this evidently and find fit human to recommend
them. This is a necessary method. The senior manager? specialist and human
resource dept. commonly discuss and finally propose the plan and solve the
matter in advanced. They can propose one or two negotiations for preparation
plan and proceed training class by specialist sometimes and do seminar together
to promote special level and train next generations (Figure 3).
